Purchases are made via the order form on our website. By completing and submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Programme on these terms. A contract is formed when we send you a written confirmation of your purchase by email.

4.2 Pricing

The full price of the Programme is £1,249.00 Standard (12th August 2026 onwards) £895.00 Early Bird (until 11th August 2026) (or such price as is displayed at the time of purchase, inclusive of any applicable VAT). Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP).

4.3 Payment in full

If you choose to pay in full, payment is taken at the time of purchase via our payment processor (Stripe). All payments are subject to Stripe's own terms and conditions.

4.4 Payment plans

We offer a payment plan option, 3 equal amounts of the total cost of the programme (at time of purchase). 1st payment on purchase, 2nd one month after purchase, 3rd payment, one month after second payment. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order confirmation email (the "cooling-off period"), provided that the Programme has not yet begun and you have not accessed any digital content.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days by emailing barry@mankindrising.com with your name, order details, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will refund your payment in full within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

5.2 Waiver of cooling-off rights for digital content

If you request and are granted access to any digital content (including recordings, resources, or community access) before the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be affected. We will make this clear to you before granting early access and will ask for your express consent.

5.3 Cancellation after the programme has started

Once the Programme has started (from 29 September 2026) and the cooling-off period has passed, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because:

  • Places are limited and cannot be resold once the cohort has begun

  • Programme materials and community access are made available from the start date

  • Facilitator and operational costs are committed in advance

We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to continue for serious personal reasons (such as bereavement, serious illness, or significant life event), please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will consider each situation with care and may offer a transfer of your place to a future cohort where reasonable.

5.4 Non-attendance

We are unable to offer refunds or credits for sessions you do not attend. Recordings of weekly sessions will be made available to all participants.

6. Our Responsibilities

6.1 Programme delivery

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Programme as described. In the event that a scheduled session needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including illness, technical failure, or force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a replacement session at an alternative time.

6.2 Changes to the programme

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to Programme content, delivery format, or scheduling where necessary. We will notify you of any material changes in advance. Where a change significantly affects what you purchased, you may be entitled to a refund, please contact us to discuss.

6.3 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the amount you paid for it

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation in the Programme

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law

6.4 No guarantee of outcomes

Personal development work requires commitment, honest engagement, and ongoing practice. While participants frequently report meaningful changes, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations as a result of completing the Programme.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own private development. You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose any Programme content without our express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://www.mankindrising.com/privacy-policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
