The Five Shifts Programme is a 12-week online journey designed for men who know something has to change, but haven't yet found a way to make it stick.
Built around five core shifts, the programme moves you from automatic reaction to conscious choice, from blame to ownership, from control to curiosity, from performance to presence, and from isolation into the support of other men doing the same work.
Grounded in Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness, and body awareness, this isn't a course you consume, it's a practice you live. Each week combines teaching, reflection, real-world challenges, and live group work to help you understand yourself more deeply and show up differently in the moments that matter most.
